Our Chaplaincy Leader

 

Michael Trolly has been serving at St. FX since September 2022.   He previously spent two years as chaplaincy leader at Holy Trinity Catholic Secondary School in Cornwall, Ontario, as well as spending several years serving as a missionary with Catholic Christian Outreach. 

 

Mr. Trolly holds BA and MA degrees in theology from Canadian Mennonite University in Winnipeg, as well as a Master of Divinity from St. Paul University in Ottawa. He is also an accomplished pianist and singer-songwriter, and helps to lead music for our Masses and chapel services as well as serving as an organist and cantor in his home parish.   

 

Mr. Trolly is married with three children, loves cats, and cheers for the Toronto Maple Leafs.   He enjoys playing chess with students whenever he gets the chance.
