HS Student Car Registration and Departure Policy

Objective: The purpose of this policy is to establish guidelines for students who drive to school, ensuring their safety and the safety of the school community. This policy outlines the procedures for vehicle registration and departure during the school day.

I. Vehicle Registration:

1. Eligibility: Any student with a valid driver's license is eligible to register their vehicle with the school.

2. Vehicle Registration Process: a. Complete a vehicle registration form available from the school administration. b. Provide essential vehicle details, including make, model, license plate number, and color.

II. Departure During the School Day:

1. Students Aged 18 and Over: Students who are 18 years or older are required to sign themselves out at Student Services when leaving during the school day.

2. Students Under 18: Students under 18 years of age require parental approval to leave school premises during the school day. This approval must be obtained through Student Services Office.
