- Safety in Fitness Rooms CDSBEO ONLINE MODULE (link is located below)
- Return a SIGNED Fitness Weight Room Consent Form CDSBEO Fall 2023_STA (PDF located below)
Once you have completed the online module - please PRINT or sent the completed certificate to Mr. Harper via TEAMS chat or at [email protected]
